The role carries primary responsibility for ensuring **scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, contractual requirements, and customer satisfaction**, leading multidisciplinary projects with organization, discipline, and strong results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Manage small- and medium-scale EPC/Turn Key projects involving disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, automation, instrumentation, civil, and utilities. * Plan, structure, and monitor the project from **kick\-off** through **commissioning and final delivery**. * Develop and implement the **Project Management Plan** (scope, schedule, costs, quality, risks, and communications). * Coordinate internal and external teams: engineering, procurement, planning, construction, commissioning, and suppliers. * Monitor KPIs for schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and safety. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements. * Manage risks, scope changes, claims, and contractual demands. * Act as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring alignment and effective communication. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with EPC/Turn Key or similar contracts in oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, or heavy industry. * Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, IPMA or equivalents). * Familiarity with corporate management systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle). **Additional Information** **Additional Information:** * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * On-site Restaurant: Available free of charge to employees; * Chartered Transportation; * Life Insurance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * TotalPass: Benefit focused on physical well-being; * Stock Options: Castor Stock Purchase Program; * Extended Maternity Leave; * Childcare Allowance
