This position involves technical activities requiring both general and specialized knowledge in Planning and Control, including detailing project costs; defining execution timelines; establishing methodologies; monitoring contractual balances; analyzing measurement results; reviewing and updating schedules; preparing cost spreadsheets; and developing specific and systemic performance indicators—with emphasis on quality and adoption of new technologies to improve processes, optimize productivity, and reduce costs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan company contracts using dedicated software and methodologies, covering execution timelines; cost breakdowns; receivables control; balances; schedules; targets; and risk management—with preventive actions aimed at mitigating risks; * Validate all planning information with production area coordinators, including delivery deadlines, schedules, and budgets; * Prepare weekly, biweekly, or monthly presentations—including data, budgeted vs. actual reports, and strategic contract management indicators; * Monitor customer satisfaction regarding services delivered by the company, coordinating with Legal and Quality departments to address non-conformities; * Track contract validity periods, execution periods, guarantee expiration dates, and commitment release dates—and notify responsible departments accordingly; * Monitor delivered deliverables and their release for measurement and subsequent payment; * Perform other related tasks as directed by management; * Implement and improve planning tools and methodologies (MS Project, Primavera P6, WBS, BIM 4D, among others); * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client guidelines (public or private); * Perform other duties related to the role, aligned with project/works manager’s instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
