Guide and technically train the team CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Plan, organize, supervise, execute, and evaluate nursing services and their technical and auxiliary activities to comply with applicable regulations and promote a suitable work environment; Supervise, organize, plan, execute, and evaluate technical, auxiliary, and academic activities to comply with applicable regulations and promote a healthy work environment; Redesign staff scheduling as needed, quantitatively allocating personnel to ensure task execution efficiency; Ensure interdepartmental staff reassignment whenever possible to meet the institution’s overall needs; Guide and supervise students and staff in task execution, clarify doubts, and provide information to ensure smooth department operations and technical improvement; Review entries in medical records, reports, alerts, and notice boards to stay informed of all events and complications; Perform invasive procedures, e.g., urinary catheterization for relief, indwelling urinary catheterization, gastric/enteral intubation, among others, as prescribed; Admit patients, including bed identification routine, verification of identification wristbands, and risk management; Collect biological specimens per physician prescription, register specimen entry/exit in the system, and dispatch samples to the laboratory, among other routines. ##### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing / Active COREN registration / Prior experience in the field required ** Position open to persons with disabilities (PCD) ** ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meals provided at the company * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Attendance bonus * Job Posting Date: 07/05/2026
