As a Maintenance Controller, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities within our company. Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning and organizing maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency and optimal use of resources; * Monitoring and controlling maintenance performance indicators, proposing improvements and solutions to problems; * Preparing reports and analyses on maintenance performance, presenting relevant information to management; * Participating in the development of projects and continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance area. Requirements: To become part of this team, you must possess: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree. * Prior experience in maintenance control, preferably within companies in the heavy construction sector. * Experience in managing preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy equipment. * Knowledge of maintenance for construction equipment such as excavators, backhoes, trucks, and other machinery. * Familiarity with tire management and diesel consumption control, including inventory monitoring and consumption averages. * Proficiency in computer applications, including intermediate Windows tools, and preferably knowledge of software such as RM TOTVS and Protheus. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, along with skills in planning preventive maintenance and schedules. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with maintenance teams, operators, and suppliers. * Teamwork ability and capacity to collaborate across different departments. * Capability to independently identify issues and propose solutions aimed at operational efficiency.
