We are expanding and seeking Purchasers to join our team and directly contribute to the efficiency of our automotive procurement process. We are specialists in automotive parts procurement management. We operate as an outsourced procurement department, delivering agility, control, cost savings, and professionalism throughout the entire process—from quotation to delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Analyzing lead times, prices, and commercial terms. * Negotiating values and terms to ensure the best cost\-benefit for the customer. * Issuing purchase orders and monitoring the full cycle until delivery. * Following up on deadlines, resolving pending issues, and ensuring smooth process flow. * Researching and registering new suppliers to strengthen our commercial network. * Using our internal system to record, monitor, and update procurement information. * Contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes and customer experience. Mandatory Requirements * Prior experience as a Purchaser, Procurement Assistant/Analyst, Procurement Supervisor, or similar role. * Solid understanding of supply chain procedures. * Proficiency in computer applications and ability to quickly learn and operate systems (we use our proprietary system). * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands. * Agility in searching, comparing, and validating information. Desirable Requirements (Advantages) * Knowledge of automotive parts. * Experience in B2B procurement. * Experience handling high volumes of quotations. * Basic technical reading and interpretation skills for automotive components.
