### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in monitoring and controlling the company's quality processes; * Conduct inspections and verifications of products, materials, and processes; * Support the completion and control of quality records, checklists, and reports; * Identify and report non-conformities in processes and products; * Assist in organizing and updating quality documents; * Monitor hygiene standards, organization, and internal best practices; * Support internal audits and inspections when required; * Track quality area indicators; * Assist in monitoring procedures and compliance with internal standards; * Provide support to operational areas to ensure adherence to established quality standards; * Monitor continuous improvement initiatives in processes; * Organize departmental administrative files and controls. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate studies in Quality, Production, Food Science, Administration, or related fields are desirable; * Prior experience in quality routines is a plus; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and proactivity; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Analytical mindset and commitment. ### **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Meal allowance: BRL 16.50 per day / no payroll deduction * Food basket * Transportation voucher (VT) or flexible fuel allowance * Hapvida health insurance plan * Bradesco dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Gympass * Discounts at Farmácias Pag Menos * Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities The selected candidate will have a significant opportunity to contribute to the success of MAIS AMOR ALIMENTOS.
