**MAIS AMOR ALIMENTOS is seeking a Logistics Assistant to work at our headquarters.** **Responsibilities** * Monitor and track orders, pickups, and deliveries; * Issue and verify invoices, delivery manifests, and transportation documents; * Update logistics spreadsheets and reports; * Manage inbound and outbound goods entries in the system; * Monitor delivery deadlines and coordinate with carriers; * Support scheduling of pickups, loading, and receipts; * Maintain administrative control of inventory and movements; * Assist in logistics planning and delivery route optimization; * Serve as liaison between internal departments (sales, production, shipping, and finance); * Register products, carriers, and related information in the ERP system; * Monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, returns, incidents); * Organize departmental documents, files, and administrative processes; Support logistics management in administrative and operational tasks. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (currently pursuing preferred); * Experience in administrative and logistics routines; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of document issuance and systemic controls; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good communication and interpersonal skills. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Meal allowance: BRL 16.50 per day (pre-tax) * Food basket * Transportation voucher (VT) or flexible fuel allowance * Hapvida health insurance plan * Bradesco dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Gympass membership * Discounts at Pag Menos pharmacies * Collaborative work environment and opportunities for career growth Joining MAIS AMOR ALIMENTOS offers continuous learning and contributes to developing essential logistics competencies.
