Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities **Job Description:** We are looking for a Purchaser with experience in the civil construction sector to join our team. This professional will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing procurement of materials, supplies, and services, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and optimal cost\-effectiveness for construction projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers * Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries * Develop and qualify new suppliers * Monitor delivery schedules, costs, and quality of purchased materials * Review contracts and commercial terms * Collaborate with engineering, warehouse, and finance departments **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a purchaser in the civil construction segment (NO PROOF REQUIRED) * Knowledge of construction materials and site supplies * Negotiation and supplier management skills * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems * Strong communication and organizational skills **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits: transportation allowance, meal/food voucher, health insurance (optional) * Collaborative work environment and growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
