We seek an analytical, organized professional with strong communication skills to work on planning, controlling, and optimizing the production flow at our uniform manufacturing plant. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Production Planning:** Develop and monitor the factory's daily and weekly production schedules. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor raw material levels (fabrics, threads, accessories) to prevent production stoppages. * **Productivity Analysis:** Collect factory data to generate efficiency and goal-achievement reports. * **Commercial Alignment:** Serve as the liaison between the sales department and the factory to ensure agreed-upon delivery deadlines. * **Order Release:** Issue and track Production Orders (POs) and technical sheets for relevant departments. **JOB DETAILS** * **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 * **Working Hours:** Mon–Thu (7:30 AM–5:30 PM) and Fri (7:30 AM–4:30 PM) * **Location:** Rua Baependi, 274 - Vila Paris, Contagem **BENEFITS** * **Food Allowance:** R$ 150.00 per month (subject to attendance) * **Attendance Bonus:** 3.5% of base salary * **Group Life Insurance** * **Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance:** Provided by the company * **Company Van:** Pickup and drop-off at Eldorado Metro Station **HOW TO APPLY** Send your resume with the position indicated in the subject line to: * **E-mail:** administrativo1@inovareuniformes.com.br Compensation: R$2.499,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Experience: * 6 months (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
