Main Responsibilities: * Telephone and in-person customer service. * Filling out Excel spreadsheets. * Drafting e\-mails. * Supporting drivers and the operational team. * Entering data and information into systems. * Recording logistics incidents and operational follow-ups. **NOTE: Proficiency in Excel and good typing skills.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Benefits: * Medical assistance (after probation period). * Dental assistance. * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher. * Food basket. * Life insurance. * Meal voucher (BRL 24 per workday).
