We are looking for a professional to: Responsibilities and Duties: * Supervise the store’s operational team to ensure excellence in service to external and internal customers, disseminate the company’s mission, vision, and values, and contribute to achieving the operational results expected by the company for the store; * Contribute to achieving the store’s sales targets through constant team supervision and execution of appropriate action plans; * Motivate the store team by maintaining a positive work environment aligned with the company’s values; * Ensure excellence in store processes through continuous training of store teams and use of manuals provided by respective departments; * Keep the store team informed and aligned with the store’s operational goals by holding daily meetings with the team; * Contribute to achieving the store’s expected operational results by executing and controlling all its operational processes according to guidelines established by the Operations Department; * Ensure the NPS survey is conducted using the designated application, per the target set by the Marketing Department; * Perform store opening and/or closing procedures, verifying the scheduled shift roster; * Monitor KPIs by contributing to the development of action plans and achievement of results; * Execute the planning of compensatory time bank for employees through daily monitoring. Requirements and Qualifications: * Minimum: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (6x1 rotating schedule); * Experience leading retail stores; * Proficiency in Excel.
