If you aim for outstanding results, we offer the exceptional opportunities to get you there. **Let’s go together \#RumoAoInfinito?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with accounting standards. * Review complex journal entries, reconciliations, provisions, and accounting estimates. * Ensure consistency among financial statements, management reports, and reported information. * Prepare in-depth financial and accounting analyses, explaining significant variances, impacts on results, and potential risks. * Design, review, and strengthen internal accounting and financial controls. * Ensure compliance with BR GAAP and IFRS (where applicable), tax legislation, and internal policies. * Serve as the technical point of contact for internal departments, clarifying accounting and financial implications. * Contribute to standardizing processes, policies, and accounting documentation. * Technically manage the budget, forecasts, and actual-vs-budget analyses. * Provide accounting inputs for financial projections and planning. * Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. * Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Finance, or Auditing. * Proven experience in controller functions, accounting, and financial closing. * Experience managing closing processes and preparing financial statements. * Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. * Advanced knowledge of management tools and methodologies. * Proficiency in BI tools and financial data analysis. * Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. **Additional Information** **Hiring Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Work Location:** Estoril/BH **What Prime Results Offers You:** **Semester-Based Variable Compensation — Your effort has value, and here we prove it.** Because we believe outstanding results deserve outstanding rewards, we offer semester-based variable compensation based on clear criteria and achieved goals. **Paid Vacation — Rest is part of your package too.** Because we believe recharging is essential for sustainable performance, you receive paid vacation time even under a PJ contract.
