Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring construction schedules and execution, with a focus on Lean Construction. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with MS Project and management of constraints in residential construction projects. 2. Implementation and facilitation of Last Planner System (LPS) routines. 3. Participation in standardization of routines and implementation of Lean culture. Description: * Education: Civil Engineering, Production Engineering (Civil track), or related fields; * MS Project for physical\-financial monitoring of construction projects; * Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills; * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; * Experience in measuring physical progress, constraint management, and action planning; * Understanding of construction sequencing in vertical residential projects. * Development, refinement, updating, and control of physical construction schedules in MS Project; * Implementation and facilitation of Last Planner System (LPS) routines, including long-term, medium-term (Look Ahead), and short-term planning; * Constraint management and monitoring; * Facilitation of collaborative planning meetings; * Analysis of PPC (Percent of Plans Completed) and root causes of non-compliance; * Field-based physical progress monitoring and review of production reports; * Identification and analysis of schedule and productivity variances; * Development and tracking of action plans in coordination with support areas (Design, Procurement, Development, and Construction); * Standardization of routines and implementation of best practices in planning and control; Support for Lean culture implementation on construction sites. * 2512170202551922811
