If you enjoy negotiating prices, deadlines, and costs, and love tracking sales turnover and purchase volumes, this is the perfect opportunity for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze and monitor sales turnover, inventory days, and forecast to define purchase volumes; * Manage inventory across the product chain for production (raw materials, supplies, and finished goods), monitor production planning and control (PCP), negotiate prices, deadlines, costs, lead times, taxes/fees, and other operational costs; * Perform purchase order follow-up; * Conduct technical visits to suppliers to define commercial scenarios; * Manage, monitor, and track new projects in collaboration with the team and R&D; * Supervise and guide assistants to ensure compliance with processes and SLAs for invoice entry, product and supplier registration, and cargo receipt at distribution centers; * Manage, update, and analyze performance indicators such as response time, inventory days, inventory costs, and stockouts; * Monitor and ensure implementation of actions defined based on non-conformities identified by the Quality team; * Conduct N3 meetings and action plans to define new operational strategies for the area; * Deliver technical training; * Monitor and manage routine international procurement activities (International Logistics). **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields; * ERP knowledge; * Inventory management systems, WMS; * Taxation knowledge (ICMS/PIS-Cofins/IPI); * Advanced Office Suite skills; * Basic knowledge of international logistics. **Additional information** **Benefits?
