We are seeking a **Mid-Level Purchasing Analyst**. **Purchasing Analyst Position:** * Execute direct and indirect purchasing processes, including quotations, negotiations, and purchase order issuance. * Manage and develop suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, costs, and compliance with internal policies. * Collaborate closely with logistics and distribution teams to ensure adequate operational supply and on-time delivery fulfillment. * Support planning and execution of material and supply distribution, considering volumes, routes, and operational demand. * Monitor and control inventory levels, analyzing minimum/maximum thresholds, turnover, coverage, and stockouts. * Conduct seasonal demand analysis to support purchasing and supply planning during peak periods or operational fluctuations. * Develop consumption forecasts based on historical data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and future demand. * Analyze logistics costs—including freight and warehousing—and their impact on the department’s budget. * Ensure inventory data accuracy within ERP systems. * Monitor KPIs related to procurement, logistics, distribution, and inventory. * Support continuous improvement of procurement, logistics, and distribution processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. * Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses to support decision-making. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and best practices in procurement and logistics. **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of cost analysis, contract management, and direct/indirect procurement processes. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced Excel); ERP systems (SAP, Totvs, Protheus, Oracle, or similar). **Work Days and Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Work Location:** Xangrilá \- Contagem. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Partnership with Sesc * WellHub (Gympass discount for gyms) * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher ***Join our team!*** Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
