Job Description**Position: PCP Analyst – Plastic Industry (Contagem/MG)** **Job Function** The PCP Analyst will be responsible for planning, scheduling and controlling production, ensuring delivery deadlines are met, productive capacity is balanced and available resources are optimized. Will work directly on aligning departments, ensuring process fluidity and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor the **Master Production Schedule** (MPS); * Analyze **production capacity** and adjust schedules as needed; * Control inventories of raw materials, work\-in\-progress and finished goods; * Issue **production orders** and track their status until completion; * Interface with **Purchasing, Production and Logistics** departments; * Support **KPI management** and PCP performance reporting; * Participate in demand alignment and prioritization meetings. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education in **Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics** or related fields; * Previous experience in **PCP, MRP or materials planning**; * Proficient in **Excel** and **ERP systems (such as TOTVS, Sankhya, SAP or similar)**; **Work Location** Contagem – MG Benefits offered: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Working hours: * Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:48 PM) Send your resume to: **vagas@rhperfil.com** If you believe in the power of human development to transform organizations, join our team!
