Job Summary: This Senior Installation Project Analyst analyzes, reviews, and oversees installation projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and review installation design projects across various disciplines. 2. Coordinate designs and resolve interference conflicts. 3. Support the construction team and optimize designs to reduce costs. **SENIOR INSTALLATION PROJECT ANALYST** * Analyze and review installation design projects (electrical and related systems, plumbing and related systems, HVAC, external networks, etc.) developed by third-party design firms; * Monitor third-party design firms during project development to ensure quality and adherence to schedule deadlines; * Coordinate installation design projects with architectural, structural, and other discipline-related designs; * Identify and resolve interference conflicts between installations and other construction systems; * Prepare and review descriptive memoranda and technical specifications for building installations, as needed; * Support the construction team during installation execution, ensuring compliance with design documents; * Actively participate in technical meetings, preparing minutes, reports, and progress updates on project status; * Monitor and ensure that designs comply with applicable technical standards and legislation; * Conduct material takeoffs and quantity surveys for complex and high-precision design projects; * Suggest improvements and optimizations to installation designs to reduce costs and increase efficiency. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite, plus a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required; * Initial experience with construction companies or design firms will be considered an advantage; Strong communication skills and critical analytical ability. * Location: Belvedere \- On-site
