Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a Maintenance Artificer to join our team and ensure the full functionality of our facilities. * POSITION TO COVER AN EMPLOYEE'S VACATION Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on building facilities; Carry out minor repairs in masonry, plumbing, basic electrical work, and painting; Maintain furniture, equipment, and infrastructure; Identify repair needs and request necessary materials. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Previous experience in this role or in general building maintenance activities. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and masonry work. Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
