




Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying quality procedures, conducting laboratory analyses, controlling raw materials and supplies, and monitoring production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Quality procedure verification and compliance 2. Analysis and release of product and raw material batches 3. Control and inspection of raw materials and packaging **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Verify whether the department’s quality procedures are up-to-date and being followed; Prepare products such as mixtures to evaluate and decide on batch release or rejection for packaging and upon receipt; Enter results into electronic spreadsheets in Excel; Assist in the analysis of supplies, including sugar trailers and packaging, evaluating their conformity with pre-established parameters; Block and unblock raw materials; Conduct monthly inspections in the supply receiving warehouse; Generate supply, raw material, and packaging receiving reports in the system to collect samples according to the sampling plan; Classify and report non-conforming supply and packaging results to the area manager for disposition decisions; Monitor finished product weight control on production lines; Collect, log, and organize shelf-life samples; Clean and organize the work area and materials used; Perform other related tasks as assigned by the administrative unit and nature of the work, per superior instruction. **WORK SCHEDULE:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, alternate Saturdays **Minimum Education Requirement:** High School (Secondary Education)
