Opportunity to learn technical processes **Job Description:** TAP Eletro Sistemas is hiring an **Electromechanical Assistant** to perform electromechanical assembly tasks for switches, windings, transition wires, and other internal components. We seek professionals with strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn technical processes. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in winding assembly (coils and transition wires); * Assist in core and switch accessory assembly (disks, head assemblies, micro-switches, fixed contacts, etc.); * Assist in CMT wiring assembly (cutting, stripping, crimping, identifying wire harnesses, and applying terminals); * Support assembly of resistors, transmission wires, and actuation systems (motors and gears); * Assist in transition wire testing and switch testing; * Support movement and preparation of switches in test tanks; * Assist in ERT/RMC assembly (electrical and mechanical connections inside the tank and bushings); * Assist in shipping activities (packaging assembly, checklists, loading and unloading); * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; * Supervise and guide new employees when necessary; * Support external activities upon authorization from the Production Coordinator.
