Job Opening: **Store Manager** — Aibacessorios We are seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, monitor goals, ensure excellence in customer service, and contribute to Aibacessorios' growth. The professional will be responsible for managing the sales team, organizing the store, tracking KPIs, implementing commercial strategies, and providing operational support for the unit. On-site work in Contagem/MG — residing near the Nacional neighborhood is preferred. **Qualifications** * Experience in team leadership and management; * Experience in sales and retail; * Organized, proactive, and responsible profile; * Leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills; * Strong communication skills and results orientation; * Ability to manage goals, KPIs, and team performance tracking. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in accessories, fashion, cosmetics, or retail sectors; * Knowledge of inventory management, customer service, and the TECSON system; * Experience with social media and online sales. **Job Details** * On-site work; * Rotating schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, or 5 days on / 2 days off; * Salary negotiable; * Bonuses based on goals and performance. **Benefits** To be negotiated.
