Job Opening: Quality Analyst We operate in alignment with ISO 14001 guidelines, focusing on responsible environmental management, and seek professionals committed to sustainable practices in daily operations Job Description We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team, strategically ensuring the quality of the company's processes, products, and services, and guaranteeing compliance with standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. The professional will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of the Quality Management System, promoting continuous improvement, document control, deviation investigation, and support for internal audits and training. Key Responsibilities * Perform quality analyses and monitoring of products and processes; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement; * Develop, track, and implement corrective and preventive action plans; * Participate in defining and maintaining quality standards; * Support involved departments in problem resolution and deviation handling; * Develop, review, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Conduct verification, control, and maintenance of quality records; * Perform archiving and organization of Quality Management System (QMS) documents; * Investigate deviations, nonconformities, and customer complaints; * Conduct qualification and evaluation of suppliers and customers; * Perform self-inspections and internal audits; * Monitor pest control services and instrument calibration; * Deliver training related to quality and internal procedures; * Apply and analyze customer satisfaction surveys; * Issue waste manifests and monitor environmental controls; * Support the overall maintenance of the Quality Assurance System. * Contribute to fulfilling the environmental management system (ISO 14001\) guidelines by adopting sustainable practices in daily activities Requirements * Prior experience in the Quality field; * Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools; * Analytical skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Teamwork capability; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and computer literacy. * Experience or knowledge in sustainability practices and/or environmental management systems will be considered an advantage Desired Education – Technical Level * Pharmacy; * Quality Management; * Chemistry. Desired Education – Completed Bachelor's Degree * Pharmacy; * Quality Management; * Related fields. Experience * Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role or in similar activities is preferred.
