Job Summary: Intern will assist in supply and procurement management processes, performing receipt, storage, labeling, and dispensing of materials and medications. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in supply and procurement management within the logistics department. 2. Conduct inspection, storage, and labeling of materials and medications. 3. Evaluate suppliers and organize inventory and dispensing areas. Intern Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Assist in supply and procurement management processes within the logistics department (Pharmacy Warehouse / OPME / Procurement / Warehouse) across all process stages; Perform receipt of materials, medications, and OPME, verifying invoices against purchase orders; Store materials, medications, and OPME correctly in accordance with legislation and manufacturer guidelines; Label materials, medications, and OPME; Dispense materials and medications according to requisition; Evaluate suppliers using stamps applied to the back of invoices at the time of account posting; Conduct external supplier evaluations and monitor expiration dates of supplier qualification documentation; Organize CAF, inventory, and dispensing areas; Report non\-conformities and other departmental routine matters to immediate supervisor. ##### **Requirements** * Completed high school education / Currently enrolled in Pharmacy Technician program. \*\* This position is open to persons with disabilities (PCD) \*\* ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meals provided on-site * Internship stipend * Life insurance * Job Posting Date: 07/05/2026
