Job Summary: We are seeking an organized Inventory Assistant to manage and organize the pharmaceutical inventory at a medical clinic, ensuring smooth service operations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for organizing and controlling the pharmaceutical inventory 2. Checking expiration dates and restocking products 3. Supporting the medical team in supplying materials **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible and organized professional to manage and organize the pharmaceutical inventory at our medical clinic. The Inventory Assistant will be responsible for ensuring proper storage, expiration date control, and restocking of medications and medical supplies, contributing to the efficient operation of healthcare services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control the receipt and storage of medications; * Record invoices; * Organize inventory according to safety regulations and good storage practices; * Conduct periodic inventories to ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing items; * Verify expiration dates and ensure product rotation (first-in, first-out); * Restock medications on shelves as needed; * Support nursing and medical staff in supplying materials and medications. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy for inventory management in software systems; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Good communication and teamwork abilities; * Reside in or have easy access to the center of Contagem/MG. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in pharmacies handling pharmaceutical inventory, or in clinics or hospitals; * Knowledge of storage regulations and quality control standards for medications.
