Responsible for integrating clinical-care processes into the computerized system, guaranteeing that medications, materials, dosages, routes of administration, frequencies, protocols, and billing rules are correctly configured—accurately reflecting institutional practices and clinical, operational, and billing requirements. Collaborates directly with clinical departments, pharmacy, procurement, billing, auditing, and IT teams to ensure accurate hospital account composition, reduction of claim denials, process optimization, and institutional financial sustainability. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 5.344,75 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Education assistance (undergraduate and postgraduate); * Daycare allowance — R$200.00 per child, for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program — including psychological support and regular physical activity; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, and workshops; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct technical analysis, configuration, review, registration, and validation of medications, solutions, diluents, and other prescription-related items in the MV system; * Ensure correct configuration of dosages, routes of administration, frequencies, dilutions, infusion times, therapeutic limits, clinical alerts, and usage instructions; * Configure clinical protocols, standard orders, and treatment regimens according to institutional guidelines and best clinical practices; * Evaluate and adjust registrations considering drug interactions, compatibilities, pharmaceutical forms, clinical restrictions, and patient safety; * Ensure proper linkage of medications and prescription items to billing codes, health plan fee schedules, and contractual rules; * Support hospital billing and auditing teams in reviewing accounts with pending issues related to medications, materials, and treatments; * Perform necessary adjustments and entries in hospital accounts, ensuring consistency among prescription, dispensing, administration, and billing; * Identify system configuration or usage flaws impacting claim denials, rework, or financial losses, proposing systemic corrections; * Collaborate with pharmacy and procurement teams on medication standardization, control of substitutions, therapeutic equivalences, and system impact; * Ensure registrations reflect current stock availability and active supplier contracts; * Open, track, and validate technical service requests related to registration, prescription, billing, and system rules with IT and MV consulting teams; * Perform ongoing verification, cleansing, and validation of the medication and prescription-item master database, ensuring data reliability; * Monitor indicators related to prescription, consumption, billing, and medication claim denials; * Contribute to continuous review and improvement of clinical and administrative workflows affected by electronic prescribing; * Organize, deliver, and support in-person and virtual training sessions for clinical, care, and administrative teams on electronic prescribing and appropriate system use; * Develop and revise supporting materials, manuals, workflows, and operational guidelines; * Participate in testing, validation, go-live, and post-implementation phases; * Support internal and external audits by providing technical documentation regarding registrations, configurations, and processes; * Perform other related duties of similar nature and complexity, as required by institutional needs and immediate leadership guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy Active and up-to-date registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council Preferred experience with electronic prescribing systems and hospital management systems **Additional Information** We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering top-tier healthcare to everyone.
