Job Summary: We are seeking a pharmacist for technical analysis of prescriptions, acting as Technical Responsible, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a compounding laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as Technical Responsible before regulatory agencies 2. Ensuring Good Practices and regulatory compliance 3. Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) We are looking for a pharmacist to join the compounding laboratory of Nature Derme Farmácia \& Manipulação in Belo Horizonte/MG. The main responsibilities include technical analysis and initial verification of magistral prescriptions, ensuring safety, pharmaceutical feasibility, and regulatory compliance prior to production. Acting as Technical Responsible (TR) before regulatory agencies (CRF, Health Surveillance, and other competent authorities). * Ensuring compliance with Good Practices and applicable legislation * Developing, implementing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Ensuring proper storage and traceability of substances and products * Supervising technical and operational processes * Ensuring quality control and process safety Mandatory Competencies: * Proven experience in compounding pharmacy, as documented in CTPS * Familiarity with the Formula Certa system Desired Competencies \- Organizational and technical responsibility \- Proactivity \- Attention to detail \- Commitment to quality and regulatory compliance **Qualifications** * **Pharmaceutical Technology and Compounding:** Practical experience and knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding techniques and preparation of customized medications. * **Good Manufacturing Practices:** Knowledge and application of compounding and manufacturing Good Practices in accordance with current legislation. * **Quality Control:** Skills in performing controls and tests to ensure formulation quality and safety. * **Leadership and Communication Skills:** Ability to lead and guide teams, as well as communicate assertively and clearly with team members and customers. * Postgraduate degree in related fields such as cosmetology or pharmaceutical technology is desirable, along with knowledge of computerized pharmaceutical management systems. * Salary R$ 6\.16,19 Benefits: Sesc partnership Total Pass partnership Work anniversary gift Breakfast Meal allowance \- R$ 21.00 per day Food allowance R$ 45.00 per month University partnership Health insurance after 03 months, co-payment \+ 40% * Discount at Nature Derme Compounding Pharmacy Sector * Manufacturing of pharmaceutical and chemical products Employment Type Full-time Edit job description Job Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Up to R$6\.616,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
