Job Summary: Organized and proactive professional to provide full support for import processes, managing documentation, follow-up, and deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics timeline and cost control **Experience** Support for customs clearance processes, Documentary analysis, Follow-up with customs brokers and freight carriers, monitoring LI/DI, Control of logistics timelines and costs, Direct involvement in document organization, Updating internal systems, Data verification and support to logistics and procurement departments. Organized professional, Proactive with attention to detail, Providing comprehensive support for import processes, Able to meet deadlines efficiently while handling high volumes of documents and maintaining constant communication across multiple departments, Collaborative attitude, Strong reading and interpretation skills for documents, focusing on information accuracy to ensure secure foreign trade operations. Verification and organization of import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates, LI, etc.), Requesting and tracking DI and DUIMP registration with the customs broker. Requesting and tracking cargo release. Monitoring customs clearance, warehousing, and port fee deadlines. Following up with freight forwarders and domestic transport companies, Supporting monthly closing documentation for completed processes, Managing payments to customs brokers and other suppliers involved in the import process, File management, Supporting procurement and logistics teams with information on timelines and releases.
