**Job Opening: Forklift Operator – Logistics** ---------------------------------------------- **Location:** Belo Horizonte – MG **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Work Mode:** On-site / Full-time **About the Role** ---------------- We are seeking a **Forklift Operator** to join our logistics team in Belo Horizonte. The professional will be responsible for material handling and organization within the warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency, cargo safety, and compliance with internal procedures. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- Operate electric, reach, or combustion forklifts to move materials, pallets, and products within the warehouse/logistics area. Perform loading and unloading of goods from trucks, containers, and storage areas. Organize and store products in designated locations according to system instructions (WMS/address). Conduct daily pre-use inspections of the forklift (oil level, battery/fuel, forks, and safety components) and report any irregularities. Support material verification and inventory control as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, adhering to internal and safety regulations. Strictly comply with occupational safety standards and company operational procedures. **Requirements** -------------- Completed high school education or equivalent. Valid and up-to-date **Forklift Operator training certificate**. Proven experience operating forklifts, preferably in a logistics or warehouse environment. Good understanding of safety regulations and cargo handling practices. Ability to work collaboratively, stay organized, and pay attention to detail. **Desirable Competencies** --------------------------- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Basic knowledge of order picking and packing.
