Responsible, punctual profile with commitment to attendance **Responsibilities and Duties**: * Package hygiene products (paper towels and toilet paper) with focus on quality and efficiency. * Ensure correct packing, sealing, and labeling of finished products. * Organize ready batches for shipment, ensuring continuous production flow. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation. * Strictly follow safety regulations and operational guidelines. **Requirements**: * Completed high school education. * **No prior experience required** (on-site training provided). * Manual dexterity and good motor coordination for fast-paced routines. * Responsible, punctual profile with commitment to attendance. * Availability to work in an industrial environment in the Fonte Grande neighborhood. Compensation and Additional Benefits: * **Base Salary:** R$ 1.710,39 (CLT employment regime). * **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 150.00 (per company rules). Benefits: * Meal Allowance (R$ 200.00 per month). * Breakfast provided at the company. * Transportation Allowance. Schedule and Work Hours: * **Shift Schedule:** 5x2 (Monday to Friday). * **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:10 PM. * **Work Model:** On-site.
