Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving and processing documents, developing technical manuals for the MV system, conducting training and configurations, and providing user support. Develop manuals, guides, and other technical documents to assist in using the MV system, both for end users and the support team. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 4.748,67 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or meal voucher; * Medical assistance (UNIMED); * Dental assistance (METLIFE); * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); * Daycare allowance – R$200.00 per child, for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program – including psychological support and regular physical activity; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, and auto repair shops; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process various types of documents, complying with all required procedures; * Prepare reports and spreadsheets when necessary; * Register exams and patients; * Register procedure-related codes; * Register materials and medications used by the institution; * Conduct training; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Receive documents, verify them, and forward them for necessary actions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations; * Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, institutional planning, and scheduling when necessary; * Perform other tasks related to the position, as directed by the supervisor; * Commit to maintaining confidentiality of institutional data, ensuring information security; * Comply with occupational safety regulations issued by the institution, including biosafety and PGRSS standards; * Report any incidents to the coordination team; * Perform detailed registration of all data required for MV system operation, including patients, professionals, materials, services, and other relevant information; * Configure system modules according to the hospital’s specific needs; * Prepare and deliver operational training sessions for multipliers, enabling them to disseminate knowledge about the system to other users; * Deliver operational training to 100% of end users, ensuring full understanding of system functionalities and efficient usage; * Conduct module-specific and integrated simulations to validate system configuration and identify potential issues or required adjustments; * Provide user support during the implementation phase, assisting with queries and problem resolution; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related fields. **Additional Information** Prior experience with the MV system is required, including registration and database maintenance processes, as well as familiarity with hospital workflows and operational departments.
