Opportunity to work as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT \- COLLECTIONS at a large-scale national wholesale company with a family-oriented culture. With approximately 4\.200 employees, the company values commitment, closeness, and people, maintaining integrated operations focused on excellence in service, efficient logistics, and competitiveness.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Contacting debtor customers for collections and negotiating payment terms and conditions;
* Recording contact history and agreements in the system;
* Preparing and updating spreadsheets for tracking delinquency, receipts, and agreements;
* Consolidating data for management reports and KPIs;
* Operating the SAP system for customer registration, payment postings, reconciliations, and issuing statements/reports;
* Supporting all daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Minimum 1 year of experience within the company, if already a Tambasa employee;
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (e.g., Administration, Financial Management, Business Management, Accounting, etc);
* Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable;
* Proficiency and practical experience with Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel).
