Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning, pre-preparation, and assembly of food items, as well as assisting in meal preparation and distribution, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Performing cleaning and organization of areas and utensils 2. Preparing and assembling salads, juices, and snacks 3. Supporting meal preparation and distribution Cleaning of work areas, equipment, and utensils. Cleaning and pre\-preparation of vegetables. Assembling salads according to the established menu and technical specifications. Preparing juices, snacks, and breakfast items according to the established menu and technical specifications. Assisting in the preparation of dishes according to pre\-established menus and technical specifications. Stocking and restocking products at meal distribution points. Distributing meals. Collecting samples of finished products. Measuring temperatures of equipment and products.
