Job Summary: Responsible for controlling, organizing, and managing the transportation company's inventory of parts and materials, ensuring item availability for fleet maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to join a committed team Responsible for controlling, organizing, and managing the transportation company's inventory of parts and materials, ensuring accurate receipt, dispatch, storage, and availability of items required for fleet maintenance and operational support. Main Responsibilities: Control inventory of parts, materials, and supplies by recording receipts and dispatches in the system; Record incoming material invoices, verifying quantities, values, and specifications; Conduct periodic physical and system-based inventories to ensure balance accuracy; Record Service Orders (SOs), correctly linking used parts; Pick and make parts available according to maintenance and other department requests; Issue and monitor purchase orders based on consumption and minimum stock levels; Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder point stock levels; Verify incoming invoices, checking quantities and specifications; Organize the warehouse, ensuring proper identification, cleanliness, and correct storage; Support internal and external audits related to inventory; Comply with internal asset control policies and procedures. Requirements: Completed high school education; Experience in inventory control, preferably within a transportation company or automotive/logistics sector; Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. Desirable: Experience with automotive or heavy-duty fleet parts; Experience conducting inventories; Recording Service Orders (SOs).
