Strategically collaborating with leadership to advance teams TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (T&D) We seek an experienced, structured professional with strong implementation capability to build and consolidate the Training and Development area within a logistics operation. We are looking for someone who goes beyond delivering training: strategic vision, ability to diagnose needs, develop programs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with leadership on technical and behavioral team advancement are essential. This position will play a pivotal role in structuring the company’s development programs, directly supporting leaders and employees at all levels. Location: Vespasiano Work Model: On-site Employment Type: CLT Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and monitor the company’s annual Training and Development plan * Identify training needs in collaboration with leadership and translate requirements into actionable initiatives * Develop learning paths by position, department, and hierarchical level * Create training content, materials, presentations, assessments, and schedules * Plan and deliver technical, behavioral, onboarding, and leadership training * Collaborate with leadership to define and monitor technical and behavioral competencies * Design performance evaluation programs, assessments, feedback mechanisms, and individual development plans * Implement and monitor Human Development and Organizational Culture (DHO) programs * Develop KPIs and reports on training effectiveness, measuring participation, progress, and business impact * Develop initiatives aimed at strengthening culture, engagement, and internal communication * Participate in planning and executing internal campaigns, recognition programs, celebratory activities, and corporate projects * Ensure organization of the annual training calendar and control of attendance, assessments, and evidence Requirements: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related fields * Solid experience in Training and Development, preferably in logistics companies, manufacturing, or operations with large employee bases * Experience designing training programs, development pathways, performance evaluations, and competency management * Practical experience developing content, delivering training, and monitoring KPIs * Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences—from frontline operators to leadership * Proficiency in presentation tools, spreadsheets, and training organization Desirable Knowledge: * Corporate training and learning methodologies * Human and Organizational Development (DHO) * Performance evaluation and structured feedback * Competency mapping * Leadership and succession programs * Familiarity with training platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Profile We Seek: * Analytical yet communicative mindset * Strong presence and ease facilitating group sessions * Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills * Firm posture, maturity, and ability to engage with leadership * Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mindset * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Ability to transform ideas into concrete processes and actions Differentiators: * Experience working in logistics, transportation, or operations companies * Experience launching or building a T&D function from scratch * Experience with organizational culture, employer branding, and internal communication * Experience managing HR KPIs and presenting results to executive leadership Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
