Main Responsibilities: * Construction and monitoring of toll KPIs * Construction and monthly monitoring of toll budget * Preparation of operational reports and various presentations * Evasion prevention: user identification, project tracking * Support in responding to official letters and user complaints * Monitoring of consumption at toll plazas (supplies, inventory management, logistics, water, waste, and electricity consumption; definition and monitoring of optimization projects) * Monitoring of access points to toll plazas * Support in organizing training sessions and other events for the toll team (150+ employees) * Support in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the department Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
