Job Summary: The Store Operator is responsible for customer service, cash handling, and assisting in the preparation and handling of savory snacks, ensuring store organization and customer satisfaction. Store organization and product expiry date control. **JOB OPENING: STORE OPERATOR – NIGHT SHIFT** **WORK HOURS: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM** **SCHEDULE: 6 DAYS ON / 1 DAY OFF (ONE FIXED DAY OFF PER WEEK AND ONE SUNDAY PER MONTH)** **REQUIREMENT: MUST RESIDE IN THE REGION** The Store Operator is responsible for customer service, cash handling, and supporting activities related to the preparation and handling of savory snacks, ensuring product quality, store organization, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and efficient customer service; * Operate the cash register, including opening, closing, and recording sales; * Accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods; * Assist in preparing, finishing, heating, and restocking savory snacks; * Handle food following good hygiene and food safety practices; * Organize display cases, counters, and service areas; * Restock products and monitor expiry dates; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Assist in receiving and verifying merchandise; * Follow internal policies, operational procedures, and leadership instructions.
