Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, verifying, managing, and monitoring driver and vehicle schedules to ensure coverage of shifts and proper working hour management. Basic computer literacy and knowledge of operating systems Responsibilities: Develop, verify, manage, and monitor driver and vehicle schedules to ensure shift coverage, leave management, staff substitutions, and working hour control, in compliance with labor laws (CLT) and collective bargaining agreements. Requirements: Previous proven experience as a scheduling coordinator, scheduler, or in operational planning; Experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Office suite) and operating systems; Strong communication skills with customers; Basic computer literacy; Knowledge of logistics is desirable.
