The professional will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, safety, and operational costs. Key responsibilities include organizing production flows and internal processes, supporting the implementation of management systems, managing production to meet targets and KPIs, leading and developing teams, implementing continuous improvements in productivity and quality, controlling resources and materials, and participating in the strategic planning of the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Engineering** * Proven experience in **industrial production management**, preferably in **boiler making, fabrication of metal structures, or welded structures**. * **Strong leadership profile**, focused on people development and team management. * Knowledge of **Production Planning and Control (PPC)**, performance indicators (OEE, productivity, efficiency, etc.), and **materials management**. * Analytical ability, **systemic vision**, and data-driven decision-making. * Knowledge of **occupational safety** and best practices for factory floor organization (5S). * **Intermediate English**. **Desirable Differentiators:** ---------------------------- * Experience with **ERP systems** or industrial management software. * **Intermediate Spanish**. * Experience in **technical budgeting** and support for industrial projects. * Certification or experience in **Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, or Six Sigma**. **Additional Information** At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
