Market analysis and cost management for optimization. **Procurement Analyst** The Analyst will be responsible for managing the entire procurement lifecycle, from supplier selection through contract negotiation to goods receipt supervision. This professional will play a critical role in ensuring the company acquires high-quality diesel parts at competitive prices, maintaining strong supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes. **Key Responsibilities:** **Procurement Management:** Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including request for quotations, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, and delivery monitoring. **Supplier Selection and Evaluation:** Identify and qualify new suppliers to ensure a robust and diversified supply chain. Conduct supplier performance evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and delivery requirements. **Negotiation:** Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers, always seeking optimal price, quality, and delivery terms. Establish long-term supply agreements with favorable conditions. **Inventory Control:** Monitor inventory levels and adjust purchase orders to prevent overstocking or stockouts of parts. Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure proper storage and efficient movement of goods. **Market Analysis:** Conduct market analyses to identify trends, supply risks, and opportunities. Stay updated on market conditions and relevant technological advancements in the diesel parts sector. **Cost Management:** Implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising the quality of purchased parts. Monitor and analyze procurement costs, proposing improvements for process optimization. **Reporting and KPIs:** Prepare procurement performance reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting results to senior management. Use procurement management tools to track and report savings and process improvements. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years of procurement experience. Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement management tools.
