Ability to analyze situations and make quick decisions in emergencies. **JOIN OUR TEAM – MONITORING ANALYST** **Job Mission** Perform real-time route monitoring, provide drivers with support during trips, and guarantee communication between drivers and destination warehouses, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. **Education** * Completed high school; * Technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. **Experience** * Prior experience in logistics monitoring, vehicle tracking, or operational support is desirable; * Experience in route monitoring, incident handling, and driver support; * Experience with monitoring systems, tracking systems, or in-vehicle cameras will be considered a plus; * Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations. **Behavioral Competencies** * Attention and high concentration level; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity; * Responsibility and commitment; * Organization; * Analytical ability and capacity for rapid decision-making; * Emotional control for emergency response. **Knowledge Requirements** * Computer literacy * Familiarity with monitoring and tracking systems * Ability to analyze images and identify risky situations * Basic understanding of logistics and transportation * Fundamental knowledge of customer service and operational support * Proficiency with software systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools **Additional Information** * Hybrid work arrangement. * Shift schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off; * Real-time monitoring via cameras installed in vehicles; * Responsible for monitoring stops, route deviations, potential incidents, and driver behavior during trips; * Direct involvement in driver support and alignment with the company's operational units.
