Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and maintenance of the company's technological resources, guaranteeing service continuity and efficient support. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the continuity and security of the company's IT infrastructure. 2. Proactively and reactively address hardware, network, and system issues. 3. Provide essential technical support to users in office and backoffice environments. **Job Objective:** Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and maintenance of the company's technological resources by proactively and reactively addressing hardware, networks, systems, communication equipment, electronic security systems, and operational environments in office and backoffice settings, thereby ensuring service continuity and efficient user support. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure continuous operation of IT equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and peripherals * Administer, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and workstations * Provide technical support to users (Levels 1 and 2), addressing requests from administrative (office) and operational (backoffice) environments * Manage communication equipment, electronic security systems, and operational technology * Control IT asset inventory and lifecycle (acquisition, configuration, movement, and disposal) * Monitor system performance and resolve incidents and problems * Support infrastructure technology improvement projects, upgrades, implementations, and standardization * Interact with vendors and technical service providers, overseeing contracts, service tickets, and deliveries * Ensure compliance with information security policies and IT best practices * Document procedures, configurations, and implemented solutions **Technical Requirements** * Experience in IT infrastructure and technical support * Solid knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN) * Hardware maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting * Administration of Windows and/or Linux operating systems * Experience with monitoring and ticket management tools * Knowledge of information security and IT best practices
