Job Summary: We are seeking Process Inspectors to ensure compliance of assembly activities, guaranteeing that processes are executed according to quality standards and requirements. Ensure standards of quality, safety, and organization We are looking for **Process Inspectors** to ensure compliance of assembly activities, guaranteeing that operators execute processes in accordance with established standards, work instructions, and quality requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor assembly line operations, verifying adherence to procedures and work instructions; * Guide operators on correct process execution; * Identify process deviations and take containment and corrective actions in coordination with leadership; * Record non-conformities and support implementation of corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organization standards during activity execution; * Support training and refresher sessions related to assembly processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical education is a plus); * Experience in industrial assembly processes; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting work instructions and operational procedures; * Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and a quality-oriented mindset; * Availability to work in an industrial environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of quality tools; * Experience in the automotive sector.
