Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the sanitation of facilities, collecting and sorting garbage, cleaning utensils, and preparing coffee for employees and visitors. Key Highlights: 1. Description: * WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Clean internal company facilities using appropriate cleaning products and adhering to scheduled times for each type of task to ensure effective local sanitation; * Collect garbage and other debris from offices to maintain a clean and pleasant environment; * Sort collected materials according to recycling standards and deliver them to designated locations for subsequent collection by the responsible recycling company, where selective waste collection is available; * Ensure cleaning of frequently used utensils and equipment; * Prepare coffee according to demand and distribute it to pre-defined locations, and serve it along with water to meet the needs of internal employees and occasional visitors; * Manage food and cleaning supplies (place purchase requests); * Perform other related duties as required to fulfill job responsibilities, per instructions from supervisors. 2511290202181745406
