Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining order, hygiene, and conservation of company premises, ensuring a safe and pleasant work environment. Key Highlights: 1. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of order, hygiene, and conservation of internal and external company spaces, contributing to a safe, pleasant, and functional work environment for all employees and visitors. Main Responsibilities: * Perform cleaning and sanitization of floors, walls, windows, furniture, restrooms, locker rooms, corridors, and common areas. * Carry out proper collection, segregation, and disposal of waste (general and recyclable). * Ensure conservation of equipment, tools, and cleaning materials, controlling usage and inventory. * Maintain organization of premises, including storage and supply areas. * Restock hygiene supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper. * Assist in minor preventive maintenance tasks or simple repairs, if necessary. * Follow company-established safety regulations and procedures, using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
