**Responsibilities and Duties**
**Main Responsibilities**

* Manage light vehicle fleet end-to-end, ensuring availability, safety, and efficiency
* Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance
* Analyze fleet costs (maintenance, fuel, insurance, rentals, fines)
* Develop and monitor departmental budget
* Manage contracts and suppliers (workshops, rental companies, fuel, insurance)
* Monitor fleet performance indicators (cost per km, consumption, availability, incidents)
* Analyze variances and propose actions to reduce costs and improve performance
* Ensure legal compliance and adherence to traffic regulations
* Support incident, accident, and fine management
* Develop and review fleet usage policies
* Prepare managerial reports and dashboards for leadership
* Serve as technical reference for junior analysts and provide operational support
**Requirements**

* Completed undergraduate degree (Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields)
* Proven experience managing light vehicle fleets
* Intermediate/advanced Excel (data analysis and reporting)
* Knowledge of fleet KPIs and budgetary control
* Driver's license Category B
* Experience with fleet management systems (preferred)

**Requirements and Qualifications**
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Finance, Operational Management, Supply Chain, or related fields;
* Advantage: Postgraduate degree and/or MBA in related areas;
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally;
Advantageous:
* Intermediate English;
* Intermediate Office suite proficiency
