Safely handle hooks and transport rails **Responsibilities and Duties** * Quickly and carefully unload beef carcasses from refrigerated trucks. * Correctly transport and direct carcasses to the deboning section or cold room, as instructed by supervision. * Safely handle hooks and transport rails to prevent damage to parts and accidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience as a Beef Carcass Handler/Butcher is preferred. * Easy access to the Contagem/MG region.
