Have you ever considered working on Latin America’s most complete and innovative end-to-end Internet of Things (IoT) platform? **Location:** Betim/MG (near Shopping Partage) **Schedule:** 7:45 AM to 5:33 PM, Monday to Friday – Hybrid **Job Responsibilities** * Update systems and spreadsheets with customer data, contracts, service orders, and transactions. * Create and track material purchase requests and shipping records. * Prepare administrative reports and controls. * Respond to requests via email/system, monitor deadlines and schedules. * Integrate information across departments and support alignment meetings. * Prepare and consolidate data for monthly billing. * Validate consumption, service, and equipment information. * Enter data into systems/ERP and monitor discrepancies. * Track billable vs. executed services. * Support Finance and Accounting in monthly closing. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or billing routines. * Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, Pivot Tables). * Experience with billing systems or ERP is desirable. **You’ll Stand Out If You Have** * Knowledge of RM TOTVS system (desirable); * Analytical profile to identify inconsistencies and propose improvements; * Proactivity and accountability in meeting deadlines.
