Opportunity to identify process improvements #### **About the Role:** We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and collaborative professional to join a strategic team, supporting the department's commercial and operational routines. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize and execute the department's administrative routines; * Process invoices and manage expense tracking; * Update spreadsheets, commercial tables, and databases; * Monitor commission information and group availability; * Support customer service channels (phone, e\-mail, and digital platforms); * Assist customers and employees interested in consortiums; * Organize materials and information for meetings; * Support operational processes and identify improvements in departmental routines. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or related fields; * Experience with administrative and operational routines; * Intermediate Excel proficiency #### **Desirable Qualifications (Advantage):** * Experience in commercial areas or customer service; * Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); * Experience with customer service tools (Zendesk, Blip, Botmaker); * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools; * Experience with financial products will be considered an advantage #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Break: 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch * Inclusive for PCD
