Supervise teams and processes to ensure workflow continuity (receiving, sorting, shipping, and returns of goods per operational standards); Handle client negotiations to resolve issues, align expectations, or improve processes; Manage team operations (cooperatives and auxiliary dispatchers); Analyze KPIs, propose action plans to the coordinator, and assist in their implementation to ensure achievement of client-mandated targets and KPIs. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$4.000,00 per month
