Job Summary: Responsible for hydraulic, electrical, and structural repairs, including demolition, plastering, floor tiling, painting, and various building maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Values enthusiasm and dedication to the club's culture **Responsibilities:** Perform hydraulic and electrical maintenance, identify faults, propose appropriate solutions, and carry out minor structural repairs, small-scale renovations, and constructions, covering building maintenance services such as demolition, plastering, floor and wall tiling, application of filler compound, and interior and exterior painting. **Requirements:** Intermediate knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems; ability to read technical manuals; familiarity with NR-10 and NR-35 regulations; knowledge of metalworking; alignment with América’s culture, demonstrating enthusiasm and dedication to representing the club. **Schedule:** 12x36 shift — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. **Location:** CT Lanna Drumond **Address:** R.
